Contract-holder Find Only

With our Contract-holder Find service, we will draw up the required Standard Occupation contract, collect the first months rent and deposit and forward this onto you less our fee of 75% of the First Month's Rent.

Fully Managed Service

The initial set up fee is 60% of the First Month's Rent.

Monthly Management Fee - 10%
